God Brings True Peace

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” -Romans 15:13

We often believe that true peace is the absence of trouble, struggle, and difficulty. We long for a worry-free life. We are tempted to believe hope and peace can be attained by a change in circumstances.

However, enduring peace is not found in a change of circumstances, but comes from the God of Hope. Through Him, we can face life’s challenges with joy and a strong inner peace; peace that comes from the power of the Holy Spirit.
